Despite seeking a PDF or refund and facing ignored requests, the program itself seemed satisfactory, marred only by its format and communication issues.

Having trained at The Mill Gym for over two years, I can attest to its stellar reputation in assisting individuals with their personal fitness goals. The six-session orientation assesses baseline fitness, followed by personalized training with the Owner, Nick Caldwell. Nick’s professionalism and attention to detail in developing individual programs have significantly contributed to my overall improvement in strength, stamina, and endurance.

The variety of group training sessions, including Cardio Club, Strength and Conditioning, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, provides diverse opportunities for development and interaction with focused members. Retesting after personal training revealed a significant improvement and qualified me as a Member, leading to consistent participation in a well-structured and diverse range of group training sessions, focusing on General Athletic Conditioning (GAC) at least five mornings per week. The carefully curated instructors are knowledgeable, experienced, and committed to ensuring maximum benefit from each session.

The dedication and resilience of Nick and his team during the COVID-19 pandemic were evident through the provision of online and outdoor training programs, outside normal hours, to support member development and progress through challenging times.
