I recently joined Sweaty AF gym 18 months ago and I am absolutely blown away by the experience. The atmosphere is electric, motivating, and upbeat. The gym is equipped with weights and cardio equipment, and the variety of classes offered cater to people of all fitness levels and interests. It’s a great way to meet new people and stay motivated in achieving my fitness goals.

The trainers, including Taite, are highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are always ready to help and push me to my limits. All the trainers are willing to help and correct your form if needed, and the group classes have a vibe that doesn’t stop, making me push myself more than I would at any other gym.

The invention of StrongAF and SweatyAF options is genius. It has helped me get my muscles mass up and get fitter, changing my life for the better. I feel like part of the family straight away, and Sweaty AF has become a new part of my routine most days. It’s still awesomeAF 💯💪 and something I look forward to going back to.

The best part is that no one judges you at Sweaty AF. I always leave each class feeling good, happy, and proud. It’s hands down the best gym I have ever been to, and the vibes never stop as soon as you walk through the doors to train.

Joining Sweaty was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Almost 40, and I feel the most healthy and fittest I’ve ever felt. The Team makes you feel so motivated, and I can honestly say they now feel like family to me. The gym has helped me to lose weight and feel healthy, and it has also been one of the best escape places for me.
