I have been to Club Lime Maroochydore, and I must say it’s the best gym I have visited so far. The layout is nice and the people working out seemed friendly, making it a great experience. Most of the machines are from a different franchise, feeling luxurious and more expensive than the usual brand. The aesthetic lighting makes it great for influencers, and I would choose this as my first choice if I lived here.

However, I did have an issue with the cancellation of my membership, and the manager’s response was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. It was the poorest customer service experience I have had. It took further escalation with online customer service, and even then, the issue wasn’t resolved promptly. The whole process felt very unprofessional.

On the positive side, the gym space is impressive with great equipment and plenty of it. It would be even better to have an outdoor space or another room. Some of the staff members were lovely, but it would be beneficial for them to be more helpful.

The individual bathrooms are spacious and equipped with shower and toilet facilities. The front desk staff in the morning are personable and friendly, making the entry welcoming. The brand new equipment and ample machines ensure there’s minimal waiting time. This gym is exactly what you want to see first thing, creating an amazing place to train.
