I’ve been attending Circuit and Group PT sessions at Total Fitness Management with Richard for about 4 months now. He’s a very motivational and incitedul trainer, and I’ve never liked the gym before, but love his sessions and the gym setup.
The boxing classes at this gym are fantastic! The coaches are very friendly and passionate, creating a great atmosphere.
