Yunji, the instructor, is exceptional, offering encouragement and valuable feedback on form, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend the personal trainer, Brown, as he provides a supportive, calm, and encouraging approach, unlike previous trainers who were aggressive and pushy.
The studio itself is modern and clean, providing a pleasant environment for workouts. Brown’s knowledge and approachability make the sessions enjoyable, especially with the round-robin circuit style exercises that get everyone fired up. Additionally, the location is considered cool, and the bathrooms are noteworthy. As a visitor to Brisbane, I found this gym owner-operated by the genuine and knowledgeable champion, Brown Mohamed, on level 1 of 80 Ann Street Heritage Lanes – a pleasant surprise during my work trip.
I had the opportunity to experience both the early morning strength class and the EMOM conditioning class, and I can confidently recommend this place to anyone looking to advance their fitness level.
