The classes offered at this gym are nothing short of brilliant, and the trainers are absolutely AMAZING. Their expertise and encouragement make each workout an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I can confidently say that this gym is the place to be. It has a fantastic atmosphere and is always kept impeccably clean. The staff, especially Sue, go above and beyond to ensure a top-notch experience for every member.

However, there have been some issues with the air conditioning, particularly in the upper levels during the summer months. This can be highly demotivating as the heat can make exercising upstairs quite uncomfortable. The lack of adequate cooling can be a downside for members who prefer to use the cardio equipment upstairs. It is disappointing to have to deal with this inconvenience, especially considering the otherwise exceptional experience.

On the positive side, the equipment at World Gym Port Macquarie is top of the range, and the staff are truly amazing. The rates are affordable, with no hidden fees, making it one of the best fitness centers in the area. Having experienced other 24-hour and non-24-hour gyms in Port Macquarie, I can confidently say that this gym takes the cake in terms of overall quality and value.
