Visiting Active Fitness HQ has been an absolute delight. The facility is really great, with a fabulous staff that creates an inclusive, friendly, and motivating atmosphere. It’s refreshing to feel welcomed regardless of my fitness level. I love the different classes available and the epic trainers.

One of the most significant aspects for me is the lack of judgment when walking into the gym. The supportive environment allows everyone to focus on their own journey without feeling self-conscious about their size. The camaraderie is fantastic, with friendly and encouraging members who make it a pleasure to be a part of this gym.

I’ve been a member since they opened, and the crèche, trainers, and class instructors have always been welcoming. The maintenance of machines and equipment is exemplary, ensuring a comfortable and safe workout environment. It’s a relief to be in a gym that isn’t plagued by noisy machines and worn-out seats.

Despite the positive experience, it would be a welcome addition to have a permanent steam room or sauna. Nevertheless, I still rate the gym 5 stars for all the other wonderful features.

As someone who recently moved to Buff Point, finding a gym with child minding services was essential. Active Fitness HQ has proven to be a fun and friendly place, with lovely and accommodating staff, entertaining classes, and a nurturing creche. I’m so glad I found this place!
