There’s a great range of classes in the gym and pilates, and the trainers are fantastic, so thorough and full of knowledge. It’s a bonus to start the day at 5.20am with Tracey Lee, who is described as amazing. I highly recommend it.

The welcoming atmosphere at Thrive Fitness is a standout feature, with a group of people that caters to all fitness levels. Visitors often leave with a smile on their face and the perfect level of exhaustion each time. Would definitely recommend for both girls and guys. Starting at Thrive over 1 year and a half ago, I was initially scared to join with little confidence, but I have never felt so comfortable in a gym space. The trainers are described as super welcoming and only wanting the best outcome for everyone. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

The Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes seem to be a big hit, with Jess being highlighted as incredible and always providing alternate options to cater for all abilities. It’s mentioned that all the trainers are supportive and genuine. Nothing beats ending a session with 30 minutes in the sauna! Steve has made a big difference to my lifestyle as I go from fat and frumpy to Trim, taught and terrific. He listens to what you want to achieve and then caters your routines to suit. Would recommend Thrive to anyone who is serious about getting fit.
