As a visitor of ENRG Gymnastics, my first session left me in love with the place. The instructors were incredibly patient and kind, especially with my youngest, who has special needs. It was heartwarming to see them cater to all children’s abilities and needs. The facilities were also top-notch—clean and modern, which assured me that I made the right choice enrolling my girls here.

The staff at ENRG Gymnastics were helpful and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I would be recommending this place to my friends because of the positive experience.

However, there were some concerns regarding communication and service quality. When trying to discuss gymnastics levels prior to enrolling, the center did not answer the phone. After enrolling, I felt my child’s history was not adequately considered, and some staff members seemed disinterested. This gave the impression that the experience was more akin to a kindy gym at best for my 8-year-old. Additionally, significant wait times were experienced, impacting the overall value for money.

Moreover, the financial aspect of the experience was disappointing. I paid $580.00 for one lesson for two children and received only $290.00 back, despite staff admitting that no money had been used for insurances, etc. This left me feeling that I was not delivered what I was expecting, and it was disheartening to be in such a situation. Though I could address this with consumer affairs, I choose not to, but I implore others to be cautious and aware of their expectations.

To balance this, it should be noted that signing up was easy, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. In addition, the general consensus was that the staff were fantastic and the children had a great time, which is essential.
