I would not go to Unigym Launceston. No customer service and very unhelpful and unprofessional. Extremely disappointing as a University student. The lack of customer service and professionalism is a major drawback for me as a potential customer. It’s important for gyms to create a welcoming and supportive environment for their members.

On the other hand, the gym is my place where I can have time to myself and sweat away the stress of everyday life. The uni gym is a great place with excellent staff who are willing to help and are very friendly. The prices for membership are very reasonable and affordable. The equipment is always up to date and everything kept really neat and tidy. This positive experience adds to the appeal of the gym and makes it a desirable option for students and fitness enthusiasts alike.

There is a decent range of new equipment at Unigym Launceston, along with great locker systems and a decent range of classes. The affordable price for students, with a 12-month contract at $14.8 per fortnight, is an attractive feature that makes the gym accessible to a wider range of people.
